Judicare break through the €1million barrier in the Spanish courts.

Judicare have recently broken through the barrier of €1Million of in-favour sentences already achieved this year in the Spanish courts for UK investors in relation to failed property investments.

Another deposit of over £28,000 was happily returned to clients in recent weeks along with a further €112,000 to be repatriated in the next fortnight.

The remaining tranches of funds will be returned as the sentences pass through various stages of the execution processes in Spain towards final reimbursements to investors here in the UK and abroad.
