As a former professional player himself Judicare’s CEO Neil Heaney is finding that gradually players are accepting that there is no stigma or embarrassment to be attached to the investments they have made and this is resulting in more and more clients making contact with Judicare.

At present Judicare are currently fighting cases for players and managers across multiple jurisdictions and are seeking the recovery of over €3,500,000 which have been placed by way of deposits into off-plan properties; these figures are steadily increasing on a daily and weekly basis.

Those destinations include the more traditional property investment markets such as Spain, Portugal & Cyprus but also the more exotic destinations such as the Turks & Caicos Islands, Cape Verde and the Dominican Republic.

With recent in-favour sentences being achieved in court by Judicare monies are gradually being repatriated to professional players by developers.
