Agnieszka Pabiańska

Agnieszka Pabiańska is a certified tax advisor (entry no. 12559) and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź. She also holds a Certificate of Advanced English. Her professional experience was gained in specialized tax advisory centres and international corporations, including two of the Big Four firms and a Tax Centre of Excellence. She began her career at the Tax Advisory Centre, where she developed her competencies in indirect taxation.
She specializes in Value Added Tax (VAT), excise duty, customs issues, as well as matters related to e-commerce taxation and foreign VAT. She advises domestic and foreign entrepreneurs, including entities from the e-commerce industry, on tax-efficient business operations and tax risk mitigation. She has also advised on conducting business in the United Kingdom after Brexit and represented clients before tax authorities and administrative courts.
Agnieszka is the author of scientific and expert publications in the field of tax law, including articles and commentaries on judicial decisions. She appears as a speaker at national and international conferences and conducts tax training in Poland and abroad. She is fluent in English.
